Exaulted Rulers Message
APRIL MESSAGE
From Our Exalted Ruler, Jennifer Parker
"Together, Elks Make It Happen"
As I write this letter, I am filled with a deep sense of pride and gratitude. Pride in this great organization and all that we stand for, and gratitude for the opportunity to serve you, my fellow Elks, as we embark on another year of meaningful service, fellowship, and growth.
Being an Elk is more than just attending meetings or wearing an emblem. It is a commitment to something greater than ourselves—a devotion to our communities, our country, and the values that define us: charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity. It means stepping up when others step back, extending a helping hand to those in need, and making a difference in ways both big and small.
As we begin this new year together, I want to take a moment to focus on something vital to our future: growth. The strength of our Lodge—and our Order as a whole—depends on our ability to bring in new members, to share with them the values and camaraderie that make the Elks so special. Each one of us was invited into this great organization by someone who saw something in us, who believed that we belonged here. Now, it is our turn to do the same for others.
Think about the people in your life—friends, family, colleagues—who share our values but have never had the opportunity to experience what it means to be an Elk. Extend that invitation. Show them what we do, what westand for, and the impact we have on the lives of others. The future of our Lodge is in our willingness to welcome new members who will carry our mission forward.
In the months ahead, I challenge each of you to be ambassadors for the Elks, to speak proudly of our mission, and to inspire others to join us in making a difference. By doing so, you will help ensure that our traditions remain strong and our mission continues to thrive for generations to come.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to the noble work of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
